Bowen and Beech is a small woodworking and manufacturing business based in Dorset, with a keen focus on building high-quality and long-lasting products through a combination of natural materials and modern design.

Bowen and Beech was founded by me, Josh Bowen, an engineer and keen maker with a background in design and manufacture. I have a particular passion for sustainability, the natural environment, and perhaps unsurprisingly, a love of trees.

As the namesake suggests, the mighty beech is by far my favourite, having literally grown up surrounded by these massive yet understated trees. It represents my desire to work alongside the natural environment and all that it gives us.
