Shipping policy

All orders placed with Bowen and Beech are currently dispatched with Royal Mail. This is in the interest of accessibility and reliability, where orders can be sent anywhere in the UK under the Universal Service Obligation.

Orders are always dispatched as soon as possible, with an aim for stocked items to be dispatched within one working day. However, given the hand-made nature of Bowen and Beech products please do allow a bit longer if additional stock needs to be made.
